No, we do not offer free shipping. We strive to maintain the affordability of our plants, and by adding additional charges for shipping, it is unfair to customers who shop locally. This approach benefits all of our customers and simplifies our operations. Additionally, we do provide the option for customers to pick up their orders directly from the nursery. This can be found as the "LOCAL PICKUP – FREE" option in the checkout section of the website.

We use Australia Post for our orders, with charges starting from $18.00. This cost covers picking and postage, as well as the use of packing materials to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

The overall cost may vary based on the postcode and the type of postage (Parcel Post or Express Post), along with the total weight of the order. This calculation is automatically determined by the website and is communicated at checkout.

Local pick up is offered as a complimentary option to our customers as it helps us streamline our processes and eliminate shipping-related costs. By choosing local pick up, you can enjoy the convenience of collecting your order directly from our retail centre without incurring additional fees.

When making a purchase from our online store, we accept payment through Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zippay. Please note that we no longer support direct deposit as a payment method. This decision was made due to customers taking too long to deposit the money and frequently depositing incorrect amounts, leading to significant labor-intensive challenges. As a result, we have discontinued this service.

Delivery times with Australia Post vary depending on the chosen delivery speed and the destination. Deliveries to major cities, including Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Tasmania, typically arrive within 2-3 working days. For other cities and locations, the usual delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days.

More remote interstate locations within Australia may experience longer delivery times. For additional information on delivery timeframes, please visit the Australia Post website.

All your data is protected, and only our management staff has access to your personal information. All purchases are secured using encryption systems.

After an order is placed, we receive a copy of it, and your orchids are handpicked from the nursery and set aside for you. On Monday morning, all orders are packed, and Australia Post collects them from the nursery at 1:00 pm. Following the packing process, you will receive an automated email providing details of your order, along with tracking information.

No, we do not deliver to states with stringent quarantine inspection procedures.

We do not sell Monkey / Monkey Face orchids.

Monkey orchids or Monkey Face Orchids, native to the cloud forests of Ecuador and Peru and thriving at elevations of 1,000-2,000 meters, won't flourish in Caboolture, where the altitude is only 22 meters. Growing them successfully at commercial volumes would require a specialized glasshouse setup. We prefer to focus on genera that thrive in our local conditions and will flourish when they reach your home.
