Bulbophyllum lindleyanum is found in India, Thailand and Myanmar as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with small, clustered, depressed ovoid, pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, oblong-lanceolate, acute leaf and blooms in the winter on a re-curved, 10 to 20 cm long inflorescence with ovate, acuminate, longer than the ovary floral bracts and carries several, up to 15, small, tomentose flowers.
