Bulbophyllum sibuyanense is found in the Philippines in humid forests at elevations around 400 meters as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with 3 cm between each, garlic shaped, 4 angled, rugose pseudobulb carrying a single apical, leathery, elliptic, obtuse, gradually narrowing below into the channeled, petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, basal, 20 cm long, thin inflorescence with 2 bracts and an apical umbel of a few flowers held way above the leaf.
