Nepenthes Linda

Nepenthes Linda is a carnivorous plant, also known as tropical pitcher plant for its insect trapping jugs that hang from tendrils at the end of mature leaves. The 'Linda' is a cross-breed hybrid optimized for household conditions and easy maintenance. Additionally, the 'Linda' produces strikingly large pitchers (up to 20cm) of deep red color which create a nice contrast to the green leaves.

This plant can be grown in a hanging basket or in a free-standing pot. It is capable of flowering all year round, producing clusters of yellowish brown flowers.

Fun Fact: Tony Kuiper, the breeder of this variety, has named this Nepenthes after his daughter 'Linda'
